Week 33 - Wednesday


This update introduces some fancy visuals: a draft scene with the artifact inside some facility, and attempt to make PBR lighting.

As you see, I’m using orange and grey textures like Valve level designers. That’s simple: I love their style, I love Half-Life and Portal. The only game I haven’t played yet is Alyx, just because I don’t have proper hardware.

Really, I’d like to make my game visual style resembling Valve projects.

Well, a lot of tasks ahead, but I’m really serious about making my own game.
